Delivery

We ship packages via USPS.  Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  We will contact you if there is to be a delay of more than one weeks.

Backorders

Back-orders will be shipped when available, with no additional shipping charges.  Please notify us via e-mail at chicgiving@gmail.com to cancel any back-orders.

Phone Orders

We currently do not accept orders over the phone.  We hope to take phone orders in the future.

Payment Options

Currently we are accepting all credit card payments through Pay Pal.  You are NOT required to set up a Pay Pal account.

Returns / Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return your item within 15 days for an exchange, credit, or refund.  All returned items must be in saleable condition.  Special/custom orders are not returnable.  Please be sure to insure all returned packages. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders received after 15 days.  We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.

Freight Damage

We do our best to package each and every item as securely as possible.  In the event that something does arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging and notify us within 5 days of receipt.

Availability

In addition to our website, we also run a retail storefront.  We do our very best to keep the website updated with items that are in-stock, but unfortunately, there may be instances that something is sold out.
